TREATMENTS WE OFFER

Manual Therapy

Your physical therapist will use hands on techniques as needed to achieve your goals. This may include joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, stretches and assisted movements to optimize your flexibility and comfort.

Functional Dry Needling

Functional dry needling involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues.Functional dry needling is used  to reduce pain and muscle tension and to normalize dysfunction of the motor end plates, the sites at which nerve impulses are transmitted to muscles.

Neuromuscular Re-education

The brain, nerves and muscles work together to coordinate the timing, speed and force of movements.  Sometimes this coordination is impaired due to injury. Neuromuscular re-education uses tactile and or visual feedback to restore healthy movement patterns so that you can move with more ease and efficiency.
